Britain's leader will push supporting countries to provide Ukrainian forces with more advanced missile systems to strike Moscow's positions during talks in London on the upcoming Friday.

Sir Keir plans to receive Ukraine's leader the Ukrainian head of state alongside the so-called "alliance of supportive nations", comprising more than 20 of Kyiv's partners who have pledged to provide Kyiv security guarantees once fighting stops is arranged.

Zelensky has been appealing for weeks for more extended-range systems from the West, a move that the Russian government has stated would worsen the war.
